Shipping Details
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a personalised
shipping email detailing your tracking ID.
We ship through Royal Mail, DHL express & Parcel Force and to track the progress of your item please use the ID from your dispatch email on the corresponding website.
Everything Amelja is made to order- please be patient, you will get delivery updates once it’s shipped
Delivery Transit times will vary on your location
UK : 3-5 Business Days
Europe : 7-10 Business Days
Everywhere Else : Up to 20 Business Days
Each Amelja order is packaged with the utmost care so it is important to unwrap your print with care. In the unlikely event the item has arrived damaged please contact us via email.
We cannot be held responsible to replace a missed delivery but we are always here to help and advise with any issue resolving potential delivery issues.
Returns
Due the the nature of the the products sold on Amelja.co.uk we are unable to accept any returns. We do offer store credit at our own discretion.
